In camera, the red looked a bit much, but looking at it in post I decided it was worth processing. Several shots blended in Photoshop. 20s at f4.0, ISO 1600. Canon 16-35mm f2.8 lens at 16mm.
This shot had several technical challenges. Streetlights created an unwanted orange cast, so I painted this side with white to overpower the streetlights. The streetlights also created shadows that had to be taken out in photoshop, and because I hadn't set up my remote, I had to keep triggering and running out of the shot to keep my own shadow out of the shot. The large light trails were created by a truck that happened to pass by slowly in one shot. Because the moon had not yet risen and it was too dark, I had to shoot the sky separately and composite.
